Given the nature of these products, a warranty is tough to offer. 

However, D3 Customs offers a 1 year parts and labor warranty. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all warranty claims. If there is evidence that the unit was submerged under water, warranty claims will not be honored and the customer will need to pay to have it shipped back to themselves without it being repaired. These units are not meant to be submerged in water and it is very obvious the difference between a unit that has sustained extreme precipitation vs being under water. Screen damage is NOT covered under any circumstances unless it happened during shipping and is reported within 4 business days of shipping. Accidental damage in general is not covered by warranty only manufacturer defects.
